Our guiding principles
We are guided by three values as we aim to redesign caregiving that is family and community-centered.

Caregiving takes a village

We believe different community members, professionals, products, and services have a role to play in the holistic care of patients and their families. We aim to bring this village together, so we can all play to our strengths and co-design solutions for our communities.

Innovation happens daily

We ask ourselves every day - How can we make things better for everyone? Is there an approach we have not considered yet? We don’t have an option but to innovate if we are looking to make a meaningful impact.

Diversity makes it better

We firmly believe that diverse opinions can help us shape a better ecosystem. We always seek divergent perspectives and welcome families, community members, providers, and others to jointly help shape the future of care at home for all of us.
